With Valentine’s Day in mind, The Syllabuzz Magazine teamed up with
TheNewParkAvenue.com and Pix-l Graphx Inc. to have the first Love for Art, art show. This is going to be a really good event featuring a few Great artists such as: Mario Pena, Jose Roberto, Michelle Wilson, Maggie McGill, Cesar \”5in5o\” Rubin, and Rafael Jiminez.

When we first presented this concept to many of the businesses everyone loved the idea and wanted to help us out. How did they help?? Well many businesses donated Gift Certificates going up to $25. We had so much feedback that we ended up with an over load of free goodies. As it stands we are having 8 raffles through out the night. Each packet will contain various gift certificates to many stores in town. Each packet has around $75 in gift certificates. Also, Volare’s Italian Restaurant is donating a $15 Gift Certificate to every person attending the art show.

Aside from all the goodies, we will have the event catered by After Athens, Mambo Tea House, and drinks will be given. We were trying to have sangria and wine for everyone, but unfortunately due to certain laws we can’t give any liquor away. The event is BYOB, so you are more than welcome to come by with your own bottle of wine. You can find a wide variety of wines at Station Liquors which is right around the corner from us at 11 Station Square. Stop by the event first and we’ll give you a $2 OFF coupon for anything you purchase at Station Liquors. We will also have a live DJ for the event.
