Da Mario - Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant

Da Marios has definitely become our daily lunch stop. With their great slices at great prices why wouldn’t you stop by for a slice. Sweet Avenue Bake Shop specializes in gourmet vegan cup cakes. Since their grand opening they have been getting recognized by newspapers including The New York Times, bridal magazines and more. They were even voted as having the best cupcakes in Bergen County back in October, and we agree. Since our arrival into the town this has become a weekly pit stop for us. Sweet Avenue now offers personalized printed cupcakes. They’re a great gift for anyone. Check out this fresh batch that was ordered by Pix-l Graphx Inc. They had the company’s logo printing onto the frosting.

Ralph From Italy

While running errands last week I made a pit stop at Ralph From Italy’s store to get a suit tailored. What I found, besides a great conversation on politics and Rutherford, was a pretty good deal on men’s winter jackets. Because of the slow economic situation there are a lot of small businesses in Rutherford with great deals. Stop by Ralph’s and check out his fine collection on men’s winter jackets, cardigans, & suits. By the way, he did a great job on my suit and for a very good price.

Today was the official grand opening of Mambo Tea House on 98 Park Ave. It was a great event with a packed house which included town locals, Mayor of Rutherford John F. Hipp, and friends & family of the staff.

I was recently on my way to Da Mario Pizza up the block from me to get some lunch and noticed a flyer on their window. It was a Holiday flyer with the information for IrishRadio.com. So once I got back into the office I went on YouTube to take a look at their video. It was a nice holiday advertisement which was sponsored by Station Liquors at the Rutherford Station circle. The one thing I liked is that they are helping the businesses out by promoting the Holiday Postcard being mailed out by the Downtown Partnership.
